With a strong background in business development within the retail sector and an MBA from Queen\u2019s University, Hugo officially joined the company in 2006.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Since the very beginning, he has played a pivotal role in the growth of Germain Hotels, notably through his active involvement in the creation and expansion of the Alt brand. His contributions to operations, as well as his leadership in the development of new properties across the country, have been key drivers of the company\u2019s evolution over the past 15 years.<\/span><\/p>\n

With his rigorous academic background and professional credentials, Pascal launched his career in the field of auditing at PwC, one of the four largest firms in the world. He soon moved into corporate restructuring, primarily with the prestigious firm Deloitte, where he had the opportunity to work on major reorganizations that allowed companies to continue with their operations. Over the years, Pascal has mastered the management of many aspects of a business, including stakeholders, finance, administration, and more.<\/p>\n
